+ Scanned copy of Visa approval letter of the Vietnam Immigration Department
+ Proof of fee payment by bank transfer (screenshot of transaction or receipt)

+ Visa must be collected at the Embassy. Please REMEMBER to bring your original passport, original application form and the confirmation email. A third party can collect visa on the applicant’s behalf.
