– Applicant must submit a Note Verbale or an official letter from the UK Foreign Office or the Republic of Ireland Department of Foreign Affairs, or diplomatic missions accredited to UK, Ireland, and international organisations. British or Irish diplomats to be posted in Viet Nam are requested to inform the Embassy of his/her Position, title at the mission in Viet Nam, and name of the person that he/she is to replace.
