You are kindly invited to submit your visa application by post to the Embassy’s office at 12 – 14 Victoria Road, London, W8 5RD. The required documents are:
+ Visa application form with the applicant’s photo (download PDF version, Word version)
+ Valid passort
+ An approval letter issued by the Immigration Department of Viet Nam
+ Self-addressed envelope (not stamped). Please print or write clearly your FULL ADDRESS, including country name, to avoid mis-delivery by post office.
+ Proof of Payment or Postal Order payable to the ‘’Embassy of Vietnam’’ in British pounds sterling only
