Pursuant to Official Letter No. 767/TTTPDS-DA30 dated 27 August 2025 of the People’s Court of Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province (now the People’s Court of Ho Chi Minh City), the Embassy of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in the United Kingdon of Great Britain and Northern Ireland hereby publicly posts: Judgment No. 01/2025/DS-ST date 25 March 2025 of the People’s Court of Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province regarding the “Dispute over inheritance and division of common Property”, in which Mrs Beatrice Mand Wlliams, born in 1932, residing at Apartment No. 69, Church Villages, Wales, United Kingdom, is an interested party with related rights and obligations.
After 30 days from the dat of this posting, if Mrs Beatrice Mand Williams does not appear to receive the served documents, the Embassy will draw up a written confirmation to be sent to Viet Nam for forwarding to the competent authorities in accordance with the law.
